Release of Liability, Media Consent, and Terms and Conditions

I, hereby agree to participate in the "Cars N Cameras" event organized by NGFF Automotive. In consideration for being permitted to participate in this event, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participating in a car show event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of bodily harm, property damage, and other hazards.

2. Vehicle Condition: I certify that my vehicle is in safe and operable condition, complies with all legal requirements for operation on public roads, and is adequately insured.

3. Liability Release: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue NGFF Automotive, its officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, or agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in the "Cars N Cameras" event.

4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless NGFF Automotive from any and all claims, including but not limited to claims for bodily injury, property damage, or loss, arising from my participation in the event or the use of my vehicle during the event.

5. Media Consent: I hereby grant NGFF Automotive, it's partners and affiliates the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event, including images of my vehicle, my name, likeness, and any other identifiable features, for promotional, marketing, or informational purposes without compensation or approval.

6. Terms and Conditions: By clicking "I agree to terms and conditions" in the registration form, I acknowledge that I have read and understood all the terms outlined in this Participant Agreement, Release of Liability, Media Consent, and Terms and Conditions document, and I voluntarily agree to be bound by its provisions.

7. Safety Regulations: I agree to abide by all event rules, regulations, and safety guidelines provided by NGFF Automotive or event officials. I understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the event premises.

8. Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize NGFF Automotive and its representatives to secure and administer necessary medical treatment.
9. Communication Consent: I agree to receive text messages, emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence from NGFF Automotive related to the "Cars N Cameras" event and other promotions, including but not limited to event updates, promotions, and important announcements.
